The Human Animal Experience takes a pragmatic, down to earth approach to teaching you how to show up at your best on your own terms. Not in some kind of self-absorbed way, but rather fully calibrated so you are able to bring to the world the best of yourself and your work in community with others. If we want to make a positive change in the world, we first have to get ourselves right. You are no help to anyone, least yourself, if you are drowning under the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of the modern landscape.
The Human Animal experience is grounded in empirical evidence based learning and the science of human flourishing, while honoring the more than human world.

STEP 1: GET PRIMAL
Learn how to skillfully use your body’s primal intelligence through experiencing one of mankind’s first transformative practices: knowing how to survive. Through learning key martial ARTs skills, you will uncover how your primal instincts is a crucial doorway to develop lasting inner resilience.
STEP 2: GO WILD
Learn about the importance of reconnecting to the more than human world, and how time in spent in nature can positively transform your stress and anxiety. This part of the experience is an opportunity to come home to where we all as human animals naturally
STEP 3: MEANING MAKING
Through a series of thought provoking discussions and practices we explore the life philosophy of our hunter-gatherer ancestors. How they saw the world, how they lived in the world, and what each of us can learn from them to positively transform our own lives.
STEP 4 : BUILD inner resiliency
Together we explore the ground breaking science, backed by best practices and tools that you can apply to show up in your life calm, focused, and energized. If you have felt disconnected, this part of our training will teach you how to recalibrate all of yourself: mind,
body and your nervous system so you can move from chaos to flow in your life.
